ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > OnePX > Apply
Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > OnePX > Apply
Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > OnePX
Smart Launcher:
Menu > Preferences > Theme > OnePX > Set
**With Smart Launcher you can also set the lock screen icons:
(1) Menu > Preferences > Theme (click on the settings icon) > Bubbles: icon theme > OnePX
(2) Menu > Preferences > Theme (click on the settings icon) > Bubbles: style > None
